Care instructions:
Artificial wood requires no constant maintenance. However, we recommend regular cleaning with a damp cloth and protected storage outdoors. For an especially long lifespan, the artificial wood can also be impregnated when new. Storing the furniture indoors over the winter is not strictly necessary; a protective cover is sufficient for the cold and wet winter months.
Aluminum is easy to clean with linen or cotton cloths. Microfiber cloths are not suitable for cleaning, as they can damage the surface of the aluminum.
Please use only mild cleaning agents!

Return policy:
- Deadline: 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods.
- Requirements: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging . Used items are excluded.
- Procedure: Returns must be arranged with us in advance and accompanied by our return slip .
- Buyer's costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).
