The low-temperature cooking method makes your food especially tasty: meat or fish juicier than ever before, vegetables crisp and fresh!

The low cooking temperature of smoking, below 100°C, allows your food to cook slowly and gently. The food retains much of its juiciness because, unlike conventional cooking methods with temperatures up to 300°C, the liquids don't evaporate, preventing the food from drying out.
The distinctive flavor of smoking food comes from the smoky aroma. The longer the food remains on the grill, the more intense the smoky flavor becomes. The aroma can be further refined by adding different types of wood, such as cherry, alder, or pine, to the fire.
