This versatile vertical smoker makes it easy to implement several operating modes.
The grill can be used as a traditional smoker, a steamer, a conventional grill, or a table grill.
In every function, you benefit from the large capacity and the significantly simpler operation compared to conventional devices, and from only needing one device.

The generous 9 kg charcoal capacity ensures reliable cooking even with a full cooking chamber or long cooking times. Since refilling the charcoal will be unnecessary in most scenarios, maintaining a consistent grill temperature is also easier. The charcoal is placed in a separate charcoal tray, further simplifying handling.
Using the water bowl, you can vary the cooking process by adding, for example, clear water (for juicier food with long cooking times) or seasoned water, marinades, broths, etc., to give the food a special flavor.
The water bowl and the charcoal tray are each accessible through their own separate door, further increasing your safety and comfort when working with the grill.
