The perfect way to prepare a steak! This steak grill was specially designed to achieve professional results and make preparation as easy as possible for you.
The powerful 2650W electric infrared burner provides top heat from 200°C to 850°C. The temperature is conveniently adjusted via a rotary knob, and the selected settings are easily readable on the large digital display.
The high temperature creates a caramelized crust in seconds, and after just a few more moments, the desired doneness is reached thanks to the short cooking time, resulting in an exceptionally juicy and flavorful interior. Using top heat has the advantage that no dripping fat can ignite, which would lead to unwanted flames and flavor development.
The use of steel ensures the necessary robustness so you can enjoy your product for a long time. Furthermore, the internal components are deliberately designed to be as simple as possible to facilitate cleaning and any necessary maintenance, thus ensuring a high level of safety and hygiene.
The maximum temperature of 850°C is reached in just 5 minutes after switching on, so you can grill spontaneously without any problems! Furthermore, the appliance features a highly insulated housing and active cooling, maximizing operational safety; naturally, an overheating protection circuit is also integrated.
The rail system in the cooking chamber allows the required inserts or accessories (a grill rack, a multi-function handle and a grease collection tray are already included) to be inserted or removed quickly and easily.
